Twin Cities Digital offers maintenance plans to fit your needs. We know that all of our clients don’t need 24-hour service; their systems simply don’t require such a high-level of maintenance. It’s why we offer three service programs to service your used IBM servers and used HP servers. You can select from our 24-hour help desk and on-site support; 24-hour help desk and 12 hours of on-site support; or 12 hours of help desk and on-site support for 9 hours.
